Atomic Heartplayers are no strangers to quirky puzzles and clever surprises. The Testing Grounds inAtomic Heartare especially reliable sources of fun, unusual challenges. Testing Ground 10 is no different. While not as flashy asTesting Ground 11, noras punishing as 9, Testing Ground 10 provides a well-rounded, classic experience.

The puzzles in Testing Ground 10 use Candles, magnets, and timed doors. Two parts require the use of Polymeric Jet, so players should get that on their way in. There’s also an intense battle sequence in the middle of the facility, so bringing ammo and other consumables is recommended.
How to Enter Testing Ground 10
Testing Ground 10 doesn’t require anything special for entry. Players simply need touse a terminal to take control of a cameranear the entrance. The location is shown in the screenshot above.
The tricky part about entering Testing Ground 10 is the front door. It only opens when a power station in a nearby room is powered. Players must use Polymeric Jet to spray gel on the power station. They can then Shok the gel and run through the door before it closes.

First Puzzle
The first puzzle in Testing Ground 10 is straightforward. Grab the Candle that’s in a holder above the exit door and throw it into the holder on the ceiling. Shok the ceiling magnets, and a Candle should fall out of the slot under the large window. Then, put both Candles in the holders above the exit door, smash the button, and run through before the door closes.
Second Puzzle
There are two Candles in this room and a door on the other side with two holders that the Candles are destined for. There’s a red button near the middle of the room. There are also two holders on the ceiling (A is closest to the exit door, and B is closest to the entrance). Agent P-3 needs tobring his throwing armfor this one.
Candle A is on a pedestal near the entrance, but Candle B is attached to a pillar on the far side of the room. The goal is to place both Candles into the holders above the exit door. Here’s how to do it:
Heading down the next hallway leads P-3 right to a room with the Copper Lootyagin. Then, following the hallway leads P-3 into a ruined room with a door and two power stations.

How to Open the Doors in Testing Ground 10
There are two doors here, one after the other, and they’re powered by two power stations. The power stations are in adjacent rooms on either side of the doors. The player can use Shok to power them and open a door, but to get through, players need to power both at the same time.
To power both power stations at the same time, players need touse Polymeric Jet to spray gelfrom one station to the other. Then, they can fire a Shok at the gel. The electricity will pass through the gel and activate both power stations at the same time, thus allowing Agent P-3 to pass through the two-stage doors.
Going through the doors, let P-3 out into a few rooms with some loot and save and upgrade machines. Then, into a large space filled with shipping containers. Hop down to the right to open a gray chest and then go over the shipping container with the body hanging over it to head into The Arena.

The Arena
Almost as soon as P-3 steps into this space, all Hell starts breaking loose. There are four silos in the center of the room. Each pillar has two doors, one up high and one down low. Robots come out of these doors, and P-3 has to destroy all of them before the exit door opens.
It’s a tough fight. It’s close quarters, and P-3 is definitely outnumbered. The key is to get them as they’re coming out of the doors. It takes them a few seconds to become truly active, and that’s time players can usepeppering them with shotgun blasts. Failing that, players can run in and out of cover to get enemies to bunch up. Once they’re gathered, cleave through them with some solid melee swings.
After all the robots are destroyed, head through the red exit door in the fence. If the door doesn’t open, climb the containers and jump onto the catwalk that leads around the fence. Next,jump across to the climbable yellow rails. Use them to climb over into the next room, where there’s a gray chest sitting on the floor. Loot the chest and then head down into the hole in the floor nearby. Loot everything in the next room and the Silver Lootyagin, which is at the far end of the room. Next, head into the Final Puzzle.

Final Puzzle
This room isall about precise platforming. There’s a door on the far side and a red button on a raised platform off to the left. Follow these steps to unlock the door and exit the room:
Once through the door, the player will find the Gold Lootyagin in a room to their right. There’s also a break room and an elevator. Take the elevator back to the surface. This Testing Ground is complete.
