The Aspect of Disobedience is one of the best defensive options players can get inDiablo 4. Even its lowest roll can significantly boost a character’s survivability in the endgame, and when combined with other Legendary Aspects, it can save a lot of players from meeting untimely deaths.

Such a strong defensive power is mandatory when it comes to building a late-gameDiablo 4character, and every player should have access to this as soon as they’re able, especially those playing on hardcore difficulty. Here’s how to get the Legendary Aspect.

Diablo 4: Aspect of Disobedience Location

The Aspect of Disobedience has a chance of rollingon a legendary armor piece, and it can also be unlocked in the Codex of Power by completing the Halls of the Damned in Kehjistan. This dungeon is closest to the Tarsarak waypoint, on the border between Kehjistan and Hawezar.

The Halls of the Damned is nothing special as far as dungeons go. Players don’t have to clear any Strongholds or do any side quests to enter it. Just walk up to the entrance and start slaying everything inside. Within the dungeon, expect to see some ghosts, skeletons, and human cultists, as well as their summoned demons.

Destroy the Idols of the Overseer and the Seaborn Goddess in the first half of the map, then travel to the Sepulchrum to fight a Tomb Lord. This boss launches clouds of necrotic energy that will Daze any player inside. It will also launch magic bolts, perform sweeping AOE attacks, and spawn exploding bone walls that deal serious damage if not avoided.

How Does the Aspect of Disobedience Work?

The Aspect of Disobedience grants a stacking Armor buff to its user every time they deal damage to an enemy. This effect caps at up to 50% depending on the roll that players get.The base Codex of Powerroll will always cap at 25% unless it is imprinted onto an amulet, and it can get as high as 75% on an amulet with a max roll.

According to its description, the Aspect of Disobedience will increase Armor every time players dealanytype of damage to an enemy. This includes DoT effects from bleeding, poison, and burning. Hitting a pack of monsters with an AOE skill is often enough to fully stack this Aspect, so players should have no trouble getting the most out of its effect.

Armor reduces the damage players take from both physical and magical damage types, though its effectiveness against the latter is only half as strong as its reduction versus the former.

Diablo 4is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
