Dungeons and Dragonsrecently revealed the 2022 Adventure Calendar, an advent calendar with free goodies for players and dungeon masters everywhere. Through the Adventure Calendar,Dungeons and Dragonswill be giving away free stuff every day of December until Christmas.

The 2022 Adventure Calendar was revealed on December 5, and will run through December 24. Interested players can go to the Adventure Calendar website throughD&D Beyondand discover what is behind each door as the month progresses, and can easily access any doors unlocked on previous days.

The first Adventure Calendar giveaway was theMonstrous Compendium Volume 2: Dragonlance Creatures. This free supplement has 11 stat blocks for creatures found in the newDragonlance: Shadow of the Dragon QueenDungeons and Dragonssourcebook. The compendium gives a taste of the terrifying creatures players can face in the new book, including the walrus-like Thanoi, a powerful priest of the Dragon Queen, and a unique red dragon named Ember.

Day two of the Adventure Calendar is a 10% off coupon for theDungeons and Dragons-themed board gamesavailable from The OP Games. Also known as USAopoly, the board game company is well-known for its many pop culture versions of popular games likeMonopolyandClue. Players using this coupon can get aDungeons and Dragonsversion ofYahtzee,Trivial Pursuit,Clue, orMonopoly.

Though only two of the Adventure Calendar rewards have been revealed at press time, players can have a pretty good guess as to what the rest of the calendar will have in store for them. Players can probably expect more coupons and discounts, as well as things like wallpapers, trailers, and other media. If they are lucky,Dungeons and Dragonswill drop more player content like theMonstrous Compendium, or surprise players with sneak peaks atother upcomingDungeons and Dragonsreleases.

In the meantime, players can experiment with the newClerics and Species Unearthed Arcana from theOne D&Dplaytest. This new content is free for all players, and is a part of the ongoing playtest forOne D&D–the evergreen evolution of5th Edition Dungeons and Dragons. The most recent Unearthed Arcana has a revamp for the Cleric class and introduces reworks for several playable species in the game.
