Many fans ofPokemonwill likely agree that the whole franchise is an expert in developing some of the best merchandise for its community. Not only does The Pokemon Company cater to gamers through itsupcoming titles such asPokemon Legends Arceus, it has also amassed love from the general audience with unique items and real-world activities. Now, the franchise has revealed another new collection of merchandise, and this time, the range of item designs focus on how Pokemon look when they have fainted from battle.

Though much news aboutPokemonthese days still revolves around the new and current video games, many fans continue to wait for new merchandise or collaboration updates. And once an announcement has been made, it seems pretty normal for the community to order enough of the items to sell them out. This is especially true with high-demand brand partnerships such as thePokemonx Bear Walker skateboards. Nevertheless, The Pokemon Company seems to like keeping their fans on their toes, and now as well, with the new faintedPokemoncollection currently only available in Japan.

On the official JapanesePokemonTwitter account, the cute item collection was announced to be made available in the country’sphysical Pokemon Center storesstarting October 30, and online on October 28. The designs of the merchandise depict what the pocket monsters look like when they have lost in battle. Normally this is indicated by swirls replacing the Pokemon’s eyes, as seen in the different items across the collection. Several of the Pokemon from the lineup are from different generations, and include Pikachu, Snorlax, Gengar, Dragonite, Poliwrath, Spinda, and Scorbunny.

Though there are nohugePokemonstuffed toysin the fainted collection, the different items can cater to a fan’s real-life needs. Aside from mini stuffed plushie keychains, the product range includes a Scorbunny pencil case, clear folders, a desk organizer, Pikachu and Snorlax laundry baskets, a Gengar neck pillow, a Spinda eye mask, and a Dragonite hoodie, among other things. For aPokemonfan who wants to have some fainted Pokemon in their homes, these are really cute items to purchase.

Unfortunately, as with most of the uniquePokemonmerchandise announced by the company, the faintedPokemonitems are only currently being offered in Japan. Though there is an English version of the online Pokemon Center, no announcements have been made if the products will be sold in other regions. Fans will just have to wait and see, or use a shopping service, to get their hands on these items.
