Summary
AFallout 4player online has discovered an incredibly helpful glitch, which appears to give them infinite fusion cells. The glitch involves the character Caroni, who was recently introduced as part of theFallout 4next-gen update.
The initial launch of theFallout 4next-gen update was troublesome, to say the least, with many reporting the introduction of new issues upon its release. However, Bethesda swiftly patched things up, andFallout 4’s next-gen update 2 was a hit with fans. The new content was cool to see, especially for console gamers who don’t have access to the full range of mods available forFallout 4on PC. Despite its age, there are plenty of gamers still playingFallout 4, so it’s great that new content is still being introduced for those who have stuck around.

Redditor BourbonAndGrilling noticed an interesting glitch with theFallout 4next-gen updateNPC, Caroni, who appears in the quest “Best of Three.” When dead, Caroni’s corpse seems to generate 9 fusion cells every 18 seconds, as long as the player and the body are in an active game cell. BourbonAndGrilling carried Caroni’s body to Sanctuary, where they spent a lot of time building. This essentially gave them an infinite supply of fusion cells, with the body holding 62,118 in the image. While it’s unclear what causes the issue, it’s definitely helpful for those who use laser-based energy weapons inFallout 4.
Fallout 4 Infinite Fusion Cells Glitch
As a Bethesda game, it’s never a huge surprise to see newFallout 4bugs being discovered by the community. The studio’s titles are renowned for the amount of glitches they tend to have, which is one of the trade-offs for the level of ambition the games have. Ultimately,Fallout 4is a massive game, with plenty of moving parts working in tandem to create the overall experience. One recentFallout 4glitch allowed players to shoot giant exclamation points, showing that some of these bugs can actually be funny, and don’t all have to be game-breaking.
AlthoughFallout 4has seen a surge in popularity lately, Bethesda doesn’t seem to have any plans to release another game in the series anytime soon. Recently,Fallout’s creator confirmed he would return to the series for the right project, and it would be interesting to see this potentially come to fruition. Let’s see what Bethesda does with the IP in the wake of the TV adaptation’s mainstream success.
