The leak showcases several waypoints for players to unlock in the southeastern area of the map, opening up into a large lake with three islands in the middle. The map teaser also hints at the locations for several of the mini-games associated with the summer event, expected to feature several unique challenges for players to tackle. Previous leaks have already shownearly images of theGenshin Impactarea, featuring Fontaine architecture.
While HoYoverse has yet to officially announce its newest summer event, early leaks have already given fans an idea of what to expect. The event is expected to heavily focus around the mysterious Hexenzirkel organization, which has played a major role in past events.Leaks aboutGenshin Impact’s Version 4.8have also revealed the characters planned to star during the event, with Navia, Nilou, Wanderer, Kirara, and new character Durin rumored to appear. Version 4.8 and the new limited-time area will launch on July 17.
