Few gaming franchises have managed to remain as popular in the wider gaming community asHalo. With numerous beloved titles under its belt and a next-gen entry arriving later this year,Halois just as relevant now as it was when it first released for Microsoft’s Xbox console. As proof of its continued popularity, one fan has created a beautiful render ofHalo’smost iconic character.

One of the many factors that has contributed toHalo’ssuccess is it’smain character, Master Chief. Being present in nearly every mainlineHalogame and sporting a memorable character design, Master Chief is considered by many to be one of the greatest video game characters ever made. Now, oneHalofan has recreated Master Chief using Blender, and some could argue it looks good enough to be official.

Reddit user stevie_renders recently created a detailed 3D render of theHalo Infiniteversion of the Master Chief. The model was made by way of Blender, a free 3D modeling program, and while it may not possess quite the same quality as the Chief’s in-game model from the unreleasedHalo Infinite,it still looks amazing and accurate to his new character design.

On top of Master Chief himself, stevie_renders also recreated one of the most iconicweapons inHalo: the Assault Rifle. It’s hard to imagine how much time and patience went into making every element featured in this 3D render of Master Chief, especially making things accurate to how the character looks in a game that hasn’t been released as of this writing.

Though, this begs to question when fans of the series can expect more news regarding the release ofHalo Infinite. While updates that have been released by developers viaHalo Waypointhave done a great job illustrating what fans can expect from the final product, there hasn’t been much else by way of gameplay footage. Blog posts have provided fans with a lot of detailed information, but it would probably be better to see how all of these elements work in-game.

Luckily there’s still a lot of time for more information regardingHalo Infiniteto be made public. Once the game is in its final development stages,343 Industrieswill likely have a lot more to show fans in terms of gameplay footage, screenshots, and multiplayer maps. With the game set to release later this year, it seems now is as good a time as any to be aHalofan.
