Honkai: Star Railhas officially detailed the Light Cones set to feature on the gacha banner during the second half of Version 1.4, introducing Topaz’s signature Light Cone. The most recent update to HoYoverse’s popular sci-fi RPG has brought plenty of new content to the game, including the newPokemon-inspired “Aetherium Wars” event. The update also introduced a pair of new five-star characters to the RPG’s roster with Jingliu and Topaz, as well as a new four-star unit in Guinaifen. Now, Topaz’s launch in the update’s second half will be joined by several featured Light Cones.
Light Cones serve as one of the most important in-game mechanics forHonkai: Star Railplayers, acting in a similar role toGenshin Impact’s Weapons. Light Cones not only provide their characters with additional stats to boost them up, but also apply unique effects catered to different playstyles. Each new five-star character typically releases with their own signature Light Cone, featuring an effect that is geared to maximize that particular character’s gameplay. Now, Topaz’s signature Light Cone is set to launch soon, featuring three past four-star Light Cones alongside it.

Honkai: Star Rail’s newest “Light Cone Preview” officially reveals Topaz’s signature Light Cone, “Worrisome, Blissful,” alongside the returning four-star Light Cones. The game’s newest five-star Light Cone’s unique effect, “One at a Time,” increases Crit Rate and Follow-up Attack damage for Hunt characters who equip it. Follow-up attacks also apply a unique debuff to targets called “Tame,” which increases Crit damage dealt to that target.Topaz and her signature Light Coneare both expected to launch later this week with Version 1.4’s second half.
Honkai: Star Rail Version 1.4 Second Half Featured Light Cones
The Light Cone banner will feature the return of three four-star Light Cones, providing unique buffs for a variety of characters. The Destruction Light Cone “The Moles Welcome You” grants a stacking ATK buff for damaging enemies with Basic Attacks, Skills, and Ultimates. “Resolution Shines as Pearls of Sweat"gives Nihility characters an on-hit debuffthat reduces enemies' DEF for one turn. The banner’s last featured Light Cone, “Only Silence Remains,” increases the user’s ATK, as well as granting a Crit Rate buff when facing two or fewer enemies.
Honkai: Star Rail’s newest characters and Light Cones come as players have already gotten a teaser of what’s to come in the next update.
