Since Kafka and her entire team will be ensuring every enemy is debuffed with DoTs and other effects, it’s good to give her a Light Cone that enhances her damage against debuffed enemies. Players can also use Light Cones which increases her general damage since she has so many ways of inflicting Lightning damage inHonkai: Star Rail.

For players who don’t want to invest at all in Kafka’s build, Hidden Shadow is the least demanding choice since it’s a 3-star Nihility Light Cone that players can easily S5. For beginners, this Kafka weapon is a good start since it grants her the stats she needs and the extra little damage on her Basic ATK. However, even beginners should not use her Basic ATK, unless there are no Skill points left.

Incessant Rain works better on Nihility characters that take a more supportive approach by debuffing enemies to improve allies’ performance. As for Kafka, she’s a very offensive Nihility unit that has her entire team built around her to pop all their DoTs and deal as much damage as possible through these DoTs. For that, Incessant Rain should not be the first choice of Light Cone forKafka inHonkai: Star Rail.

Fermata offers slightly less effectiveness than Eyes of the Prey performance-wise for Kafka. However, given that players can easily S5 Fermata, it’s better to go for it than S5 Eyes of the Prey. The F2P 4-star Light Coneincreases Kafka’s Shock damageand grants her better Break Effect damage.

Since Kafka’s kit is all about inflicting enemies with Shock and exploding their DoT, Eyes of the Prey isa great weapon for her inHonkai: Star Rail.
