In a recent livestream,Honkai: Star Railrevealed a variety of contentthat will be featured in version 2.3, including characters, Light Cones, and events. It’s confirmed that Firefly and Jade will debut alongside rerun banners for Argenti and Ruan Mei. Two new events, Origami Bird Clash and Stellar Shimmer, will arrive in version 2.3 on June 19.
As confirmed by the developers,Honkai: Star Railplayers who complete Apocalyptic Shadow’s Difficulty 2 for the first time will get a free copy of Xueyi. As Trailblazers might expect, enemies in the second difficulty level will have an additional trait that makes them more powerful. In addition to Xueyi, players will earn Stellar Jades, Traveler’s Guides, Jade Feathers, Refined Aethers, Self-Modeling Resins, and Lost Crystals from the Apocalyptic Shadow mode. These materials are used to upgrade Light Cones, buy items from the Jokes Come True shop, and change the main stats of relics.

Honkai: Star Rail’s Xueyiis a four-star character who treads on the path of Destruction. She delivers a degree of single-target Quantum damage and reduces enemy Toughness. Also, Xueyi collects Karma stacks and consumes them to launch a follow-up attack that deals damage equal to a percentage of her ATK.
To complete Apocalyptic Shadow’s Difficulty 2 and get Xueyi, players will take on a formidable roster of enemies. However, they must first talk to Creed Exeguy in the Dreamflux Reef region (Penacony) to unlock the mode permanently. It’s worth noting that Apocalyptic Shadow will arrive inHonkai: Star Rail’s version 2.3later this month.
In addition to Apocalyptic Shadow,Honkai: Star Railhas revealed new characters, including Moze, Huaiyan, and Lingsha, that will be available in a future update. This is the first time the developers have teased these characters, who belong to the Xianzhou alliance.Honkai: Star Rail’s Mozewears a hood and wields two daggers, while Huaiyan dons a traditional dress and a conical hat that looks similar to a Jingasa. Lingsha, on the other hand, looks like a female unit with a flurry dress and long hair.
