She eventually chose to be frank with her fiancé after finding it harder and harder to keep her diagnosis a secret from him over time. Fortunately, TenZ was sympathetic and understanding when Kyedae finally told him the news. He told her that he would be there for her throughout her treatment and pledged his whole support.
