Much like other turnbased RPGs, players can increase their character’s power inMiitopia. What sets this game apart is that there are actually two ways to make Miis stronger, by increasing their level and by increasing their friendship level with each other. Both of these levels are tracked separately, have different requirements to level them up, and have their own unique level caps. If players want tomake their party truly overpowered, they are going to want to attempt to reach the cap of both of these levels eventually.
It should be said that it is no way necessary to reach the level cap in either case. It’s fully possible to beatMiitopiawithout ever reaching max level with any characters or in any relationships, so players don’t have to stress about this. Trying to reach max level is more of a personal challenge for players to impose on themselves.

The maximum level inMiitopiafor Miis is 50. After player reach this level, that Mii will no longer be able to gain experience, meaning any experience it would have gained will simply be lost. Exactly how this affects the player’s stats is dependent on what job they are currently in. For example, alevel 50 Warrior Miihas an attack stat of 114 but a magic stat of only 10. On the flip side, a level 50 Mage Mii’s attack stat is only 46, but its magic stat will reach an impressive 194. These numbers are without any equipment or food buffs.
On the other hand,the maximum friendship level inMiitopiais 99. Friendship level works a lot differently than regular levels, as players don’t increase it just by gaining experience. Instead,two Miis can increase their friendship levelby having positive interactions with each other. This includes healing one another, using helpful actions, sharing a room at the inn, and more. By level 99, the player will have a ton of different assist skills that have a chance to randomly activate during battle. This can be challenging to reach, but a team of fully maxed friends will be nigh unstoppable.
Players wanting to get to max level in one or both of these cases will need to dedicate quite a bit of time to it.Miitopiaisn’t a short gamealready, so players can expect the journey to last a while. In order to farm Exp quickly, players should repeat Snurp hunts as much as they can. For Friendship levels, just have characters share inn rooms with one another and try to be as helpful as possible.
