With how complicated Netherite is to use, includinghow much more of the base “ore"in Ancient Debris is required to make anything with Netherite, using the material to its fullest is a priority for most players. While using Netherite to make a fully-powered beacon is technically an option, it certainly does not make the best use of the metal, and there are plenty of best uses for Netherite in Minecraft that players will want to keep in mind for when they get their hands on the precious material.
5Netherite Hoe

While intentionally meant as a joke, the Netherite Hoe is not a terrible use of Netherite at all. Using boththe valuable materials of diamondand Ancient Debris on a usually inconsequential tool gives the player a few advantages between its actual uses and the extra bonuses of making such a durable hoe.
The most notable benefit of using Netherite on a hoe is giving it the nature inherent to Netherite items, making it extremely durable and fireproof, guaranteeing the player will never need another hoe again. Beyond that, upgrading a hoe to the Netherite tier also grants the player the Serious Dedication advancement, which gives the player 100 experience as an added bonus to creating the greatest harvesting hoe of all. Not to mention, the Netherite hoe is amazing when it comes to taking out sculk materials.
4Lodestone

One of the oddball blocks in the game, the Lodestone offers an actual use for the usually unhelpful compass item, though at a fairly steep price. For players wanting to traverse more difficult terrain for farms or other important locations, however, the Lodestone is perfect.
Besides the Lodestone having a great texture for builds, the block offers the ability to lock compasses onto it as opposed to the world’s spawn. For years, compasses had very little use had players spread farther out from their initial spawn, and with the addition of the Lodestone, compasses can be used to direct players literally anywhere. This includes the End and the Nether, where previously compasses simply didn’t work, and while this compass isn’tquite as useful as a recovery compass,being able to locate farms precisely on the Nether roof or Ancient Cities in the Deep Dark is extremely valuable.
3Netherite Sword

The value of a Netherite sword is obvious. It is the sword that deals the most damage, has the highest durability, and is fire and lava-proof, making it an absolute necessity for players venturing through the fiery pits of the Nether or otherwise traveling into molten locationsfor dangerous fights.
While the damage increase from the diamond to the Netherite sword isn’t too drastic, as the diamond deals 4 hearts of damage compared to Netherite’s 4.5 hearts, the true value is certainly in how much more indestructible this variant is. With almost 500 more durability along with complete immunity to being destroyed by fire or lava, this is the safest sword to invest enchantments and levels in, as it is far less likely to end up vanishing from accidents.
2Netherite Pickaxe

The Netherite pickaxe is the best pickaxe in the game, as to be expected with anything on the Netherite tier. Even with the constant mining throughout the Nether required to get Netherite, this upgraded pickaxe is the perfect choice for the first Netherite tool. With the usual benefits of being more durable and less destructible, the Netherite pickaxe is easily one of the top priorities once enough Ancient Debris, gold, anda smithing template have been obtained.
Netherite pickaxes have the highest durability of all pickaxes along with the ability to mine blocks faster than most other picks,with the exception being the golden pickaxe,though that hardly counts as a true benefit to gold tools. Once players obtain the Netherite pickaxe, getting more Ancient Debris seems easier than before with Netherrack practically disintegrating with this pickaxe in hand.

Without a doubt, the safest and best use of finding enough Ancient Debris to convert into Netherite is to use it for upgrading diamond armor. Whether the player is geared toward building, exploring, or fighting, having the best armor in Minecraft is an absolute must.
While Netherite offers the same protection against direct damage as diamond, it does offer a reduction in knockback from players and mobs, making it less likely for explosions or arrows to send the player off a cliff. Additionally, with the higher durability and standard immunity to flames, even if the player ends up falling into the lava sea of the Nether orchoosing to dig straight down,the armor will remain, making it far safer to have than diamond, which will simply disappear.
