A Reddit user named Reemvi posted a piece of crossover fan-art that combinesStar Warswith the art style ofRed Dead Redemption.Instead of having the title beRed Dead Redemption, the user cleverly uses the name ofLuke Skywalker’sX-Wing, Red 5, as a replacement forRed Dead. The art features the X-Wing prominently where Arthur Morgan’s head would have normally been.

The number ofStar Warsrelated details included within this poster is incredible, while still managing to match the aesthetic ofRed Dead Redemption. For instance, the sun in the background is in the shape of theDeath Starand in addition to the Red 5 X-Wing, both R2-D2 and C-3PO are featured at the bottom of the poster on some kind of grassland.

Although, this isn’t the first time thatRed Dead Redemption’sminimalist art design has been used as part of other pieces of crossover art. One talented fan managed to combineRed Dead Redemptionwith the Clint Eastwood’sDollarsmovie trilogy. Perhaps this is becoming a trend simply due to how memorable the box art of bothRed Dead Redemptiongames is.

In any case, it will be interesting to see what the future holds forRed Dead Redemptiongoing forward. Right now, the bulk ofRed Dead Redemptionrelated content has come in the form ofRed Dead Online, but given how long it took for the second installment to release, it’s unlikely that the gaming community will see a thirdRed Dead Redemptionanytime soon.

Red Dead Redemption 2is available now for PC, PS4, Stadia, and Xbox One.
