In his message to Twitter, Pitchford first says hello to the newBorderlands 3players on Steamand then says, " Let’s stay home this weekend and play Borderlands 3!" Pitchford makes clear that this SHiFT code has a time limit and will expire before 10:00 am CT on Monday morning, March 16. The key is “CTWBT-RKZZ5-6S6XS-WR33T-RHZ59.” Players can redeem the key via the official SHiFT website, with the keys delivered to players through their in-game mailbox.

This marks the release of the first SHiFT code following the launch ofBorderlands 3on Steam. Since its launch in September 2019,Borderlands 3has been exclusively available through the Epic Games Store. The game’s exclusivity contract with Epic has now ended and the game can be bought on Steam, with many Steam users who have been waiting somewhat impatiently able to now pick up their game.Borderlands 3is already the top-selling game on Steam, though its50% discountcertainly helps.
Epic Games Store and Steam users alike can use today’s SHiFT code to gear up a little bit in preparation for the next several big content drops coming up.
