Kingmakers' trailer showcases a variety of scenarios in which the player can sway the outcome of a medieval battle from a third-person perspective. One snippet shows the user ramming through a horde of soldiers in a pickup truck, another shows them using a grenade launcher to rain down explosions on enemies, while another shows them picking opponents off with a sniper from atop a castle. The medieval enemies, who are armed with traditional weapons like swords, bows, and shields, come in different varieties, with some on horseback while others take up formation on foot. Additionally, the game features a strategy aspect, allowing the user to seamlessly switch to a bird’s-eye view where they can direct friendly formations of medieval soldiers.Kingmakersdoes not have an exact release date but is set to launch sometime in 2024.
