Who Is The Man With Burn Scar?

The person is none other than Scopper Gaban. He was a memberof the Roger Pirates, with whom he traveled to Laugh Tale. This means he is aware of its location, and he should be able to reach the island if the need ever arises. Scopper Gaban has yet to make an appearance in the current timeline, which is rather odd. He is a high-ranking member of the Roger Pirates, so the World Government would be doing its best to catch and execute him.

Considering the character is linked to the One Piece, it is understandable that he would want to hide. He will be aware of the interest of pirates and Marines in him. If he is ever caught by either of the two sides, they will do their level best to get the information out of him. To avoid these problems, it is very likely that this person is living on an island that is not affiliated with the World Government.

By finding all four Road Poneglyphs, a person will learn how to reach Laugh Tale. So far, the location of only three has been disclosed. The final Road Poneglyph’s whereabouts remain a mystery, and this is where the man with the burn scar comes in. If he knows where it is located, then the person who can find the man will be at a huge advantage.
