Getting to Black Hole Forge in Outer Wilds
Hanging City
The first thing fans need to do israise the Forge from the control panel at the Hanging City, within Brittle Hollow. A shortcut can be found by walking into a pathway carved into the ice within the North Pole.
Through here, go down the water and walk down the stairs until players reach the bottom floor. Instead of going through the circular hole in the floor,go through the crack in the ground next to the chunks of ice. Gamers should safely land in a puddle of water surrounded by some houses. Next,turn left and walk along the mountain until there is a descending staircase.
Go down the stairs to find thestone pedestal with the Nomai writing and scan it. This shows that this is where the control for the Forge is; by moving the glowing orb on the glass down, the Forge rises. Once this is done, it’s time to leave and travel to Ash Twin to complete the rest of the process.
Ash Twin
Once at Ash Twinplanet inOuter Wilds, players will need totravel along the equator to find the building that has the warp portal to the Black Forge. It will be a circular building that has a pathway leading up to it with lights.
Once in here, open the door in the back and continue along the path until players reach the second building with the Nomai writing. Scan all of it to learn about the early building process of the Ash Twin project. Then, go towards the purple gravity crystal on the wall and walk down until players are under the glass in the center of the room.

For the last part,wait on the glass until the Brittle Hollow orbit aligns with Ash Twin through the viewing hole.
