In order to locate the Fleetfooted Cavalry boss inPersona 3 Reload, you’ll want to visit theArqa Block in Tartarus.The Fleetfooted Cavalry will be found in thefirst section of Arqa,specifically onFloor 60.
This boss will be on its own without any additional enemies by its side, allowing you tofocus your attacks on just the Fleetfooted Cavalry.Despite being on its own, however, this boss is quite difficult to take down.

Fleetfooted Cavalry Weakness in Persona 3 Reload
Once you’ve arrived at Floor 60 and begun your battle with theFleetfooted Cavalry,the following will be its weaknesses and resistances:
Overall, you’ll want to completelyavoid using Wind, Light, and Dark attackson this enemy. Your best bet is tostick to Physical attacks,includingSlash, Strike, and Pierce.Thebest S.E.E.S charactersto focus the most damage on the Fleetfooted Cavalry includeJunpei and Akihiko.
