Pawmi’s spawn rate also gets a massive boost during the event.

The event features Pawmi as a wild spawn, and players can also further increase the already boosted spawn rate through in-game items. The monster can spawn anywhere in the wild, and the spawn rate can be boosted with items like Magnetic or standard Lure Modules, Incense, and the Weather Boost function.
Rainy weather can boost Pawmi’s spawn rate. Players can search for aPokemon GOPokeStopor Gym with such weather, attach a Magnetic or regular Lure Module, activate an Incense, and traverse around that area. While Pawmi is available through wild encounters and research tasks, obtaining Pawmo and Pawmot is challenging. Players must evolve Pawmo, which will needseveralPokemon GOCandy. Evolving aPawmi into a Pawmo requires 25 Candy, and evolving aPawmo into a Pawmot requires 100 Candy and walking 25 kmwith it as a buddy monster. Only after doing so can a Pawmo evolve into a Pawmot.
