Zubat locations on map.

If the player does not have a Zubat already, they can be caught in many areas such as the Obsidian Fieldlands,Crimson Mirelands, Alabaster Icelands, and Coronet Highlands. Since it does not matter what level the Zubat is, it is recommended to head to theObsidian Fieldlandsfor the easiest capture. It is best togo at night, as that is when most Zubat are around.

Catching Zubat

Zubat are plentiful and easy to capture at theObsidian Fieldlands at night. Locations within the area where Zubat often spawn include theTidewater Dam, Oreburrow Tunnel, The Heartwood, Deertrack Path, Windswept Run, Deertrack Heights, Nature’s Pantry, and the Worn Bridge.

They will always be flying around, so aiming the Poke Ball may be the biggest challenge. Regular Poke Balls, however, should be just fine for this capture.

If the Zubat is battled, remember that they are weak to Ice, Rock, Psychic, andElectric-type damageand are immune to Ground-type moves. Go easy on the super-effective moves, as Zubat can be easy to faint. Once a Zubat is captured, try not to level it up at all. Clarissa does not want a Golbat, and a Zubat can turn into one when it reaches level 22.

After catching Zubat, return to Clarissa at Jubilife Village in the same spot she was before, and let her examine the Pokemon. She will draw her conclusions and the quest will be complete. She will reward the player with two Aux Powers.
