Princess Peach: Showtime’s Detective ensemble becomes available on the second floor of Sparkle Theater. Players will have to unlock two more floors before they get to play a role in the next Detective Peach play.
Gamers must complete The Case of the Rainy-Day Plot before they’re able to move on to theThe Dark Museum & the Purple Mysteryand save the Detective Sparkla. This guide will help players find and grab every collectible in this play so they can continue their adventure.
The Case of the Rainy-Day Plot Sparkle Gem Locations
Here are the locations of the seven Sparkle Gems in The Case of the Rainy-Day Plot play inPrincess Peach: Showtime:
Sparkle Gem 1
Players will eventually reach the entrance of an apartment building with three doors; to get the first Sparkle Gem, they must figure out which one is the bandits' hideout. Players can interview the Theets on the streets to get some information on who the apartments belong to.
They will find out that one of the Theets moved into an apartment with a flower relief, and another one lives with their little brother in the apartment on the far right. This means thatthe hideout is the apartment in the middle, the one with the leaf relief. Players must use Strike of Intuition on the door to confirm this and receive the Sparkle Gem.
Sparkle Gem 2
Before entering the apartment, players must make sure that they check out the far right corner of the stage; they canpose on top of the sewer manholeand enter a secret area. Here, they must use Strike of Intuition toretrieve the Sparkle Gem inside the large wooden box.
Sparkle Gem 3
To get the third Sparkle Gem,use Strike of Intuition on the model of the city’s clock tower- this will make it clear that Detective Peach has discovered the bandits' plan to blow it up.
Sparkle Gem 4
Before entering the clock tower, climb on top of the stack of wooden boxes to retrieve the fourth Sparkle Gem.
Sparkle Gem 5
After getting the key to the elevator, players will take it to the top floor. The police officer and the Junior Detective will go to the right, and players might feel obligated to do the same, but to get the next Sparkle Gem, they must go left instead and visit the floor below.
Here, there’s a member of the Sour Bunch hiding behind a pipe. They will haveuse Strike of Intuition behind the pipe to alert the police officer to the bandit’s locationand get him arrested. The grateful Theet will give players a Sparkle Gem for their efforts.
Sparkle Gem 6
To move to the next area, players will have to find the gear parts scattered inside the clock tower.
The three gear parts are hidden in the following locations:behind the pipes on the wall on the left side of the room, on the large golden gear, and on the table, inside the box with the handprint. This will get the elevator moving, allowing Peach to visit the floor above.
Gamers must then use the Strike of Intuition on the bandit behind the large gear on the wall on the left to receive the Sparkle Gem.
Sparkle Gem 7
To reach the next area, players will have to remove the gear from the wall and put it in the other slot on the right. This will open a duct leading outside, where they’ll find a key to the elevator inside.
Once players find themselves at the top of the clock tower, they mustuse Strike of Intuition on the bell to reveal the location of the bomband get the last Sparkle Gem.

Ribboner Location
To find the Ribboner in The Case of the Rainy Day-Plot, players must keep walking right after they’ve followed the Sour Bunch bandit for the first time. At the far right of the stage, there is an art exhibition, and the Ribboner will give gamers a ribbon if they’re able to figure out which Mira Culous painting is real.
Mira Culous made the painting on the left titled An Exception Detective. Players can confirm their choice by using the Strike of Intuition on it. The art dealer will give the Ribboner the painting, and they will give players theDetective Ribbonfor Stellato wear.
