InResident Evil 4 Remake’s Chapter 9, players must find and retrieve the three missing heads to complete the headless statue puzzle located in the Grand Hall. As depicted on the wall nearby, players must get the lion, goat, and serpent statue heads to complete the puzzle and advance the story. However, it’s not just a test of logic and reasoning as players must often fight for each piece.
Head upstairs and take the right door to the gallery, where players can find the goat head statue at the end of the bridge. However, when players get halfway across it, an enemy pulls a lever lowering the bridge to the ground-floor level where groups attack.

Toggle the Ashley commands to give Leon space as needed, watching out for goons trying to grab her. Kill all enemies in the area and use the ladder to head up to the platform with the lever, defeating the masked cultist in red to stop the psychological effects of Leon’s parasite.To get the goat head statue, pull the lever to raise the bridge and head back upstairs to grab it.When players collect the goat statue, a few more enemies appear at the end of the bridge. Quickly defeat them with a powerful weapon like the Stingray rifleto save ammo.

To locate the lion head statue, use the map to follow the path round upstairs to the door opposite the gallery. Follow the corridor around into the blue-lit zone containing the lion head location. It seems almost too easy, asto get the lion head statue players only need to drop into the room below to grab it.However, it’s a good idea to reload and destroy any vases to stock up on ammo before getting the lion head, asResident Evil 4 Remake’s Armadura enemiesspring to life in waves as soon as Leon collects it. After players have defeated all Armaduras, catch Ashley and open the doorway together, heading back to the main Grand Hall corridor.

For the final part of the puzzle, players must get hold of the serpent head statue piece. Head to the dining room situated downstairs to find the snake head locked inside a display cabinet.To get the serpent head statue, players must solveResident Evil 4 Remake’s dining room puzzle. At the end of the dining room a couple of regal paintings on the wall.
To unlock the serpent cabinet, players must seat Ashley and Leon on the correct chairs at the dining table by matching what’s shown in the paintings to the seat.Study the details of each painting carefully to ensure Leon and Ashley sit in the correct spots, ringing the bell when seated to open the cabinet. When players find the right solution, the cabinet opens, and players can grab the snake head, returning to the headless statue to fit the final piece. This action completes the first part ofResident Evil 4 Remake’s chapter 9, but now it’s time to continue the chapter by playing as Ashley to complete it.
