InRise of the Ronin, there are hundreds of collectibles you can search for throughout the game. These collectibles range from Landmarks, Cats, Treasure Chests, Bond Missions and more. Unfortunately, many of these collectibles can be difficult to find.
One of these collectibles is theFugitivecollectible. You can find 91 Fugitives throughout the various regions, except for the Sodegaura, Asakusa, Shimabara, and Mibu regions. When looking at thetrophies in the game, you’ll notice that only 50 Fugitives are needed for theKeeper of the Peace trophy.No particular Fugitive is needed for this trophy, just any 50. Some of them will hold keys that you need for nearby chests as well.
Many of the Fugitives will be taken care of through Public Order events, which task the player with cutting down local troublemakers. The names of the Fugitives may change depending on your faction. If you want to know where to find every fugitive inRise of the Ronin,check out the guide below.
Fugitives In the Yokohama Region
In this main region, you will find 32 Fugitives throughout the many locations available. Keep in mind that some of these Fugitives will only spawn at night and some will take an animal form. In this region, you can also check your progress on how many Fugitives you have defeated by visiting therewards vendor in Yokohama Grand Villa. By speaking to the Official in Yokohama, you can also be rewarded depending on how many Fugitives you defeat at the Pro-Shogunate base.

Kipp the Carrier
Found at night on an island in the most eastern part of the region.

Graverobber Gonta
This dog is found towards the middle of the border to Ishikawa. He only spawns at night.

Temple-Crasher Yosuke
Will only spawn at night near the western border of Ishikawa.

Mouton the Undercover Lover
In the Western portion of Motomachi, near the border of Yoshida Shinden. This Fugitive is rather difficult, so equip yourbest weapons.

Located not far from the border of Miyozaki, they will be overlooking the water standing on a cliff.

Fugitives In the Edo Region
In the Edo Region, one of the main regions in the game,you will find 39 Fugitives. Some of them are a bit tricky to defeat, and many are of high levels.Getting skill points quicklywill help you in the long run when you come across a particularly difficult Fugitive. You will notice that quite a few may require you to sneak up behind them to defeat them before they get a chance to attack you.

South from Keiji the Dice Loader. Near the middle of the region closer to the Nihonbashi border.

East from Bloody Butcher Hanaharu, near the middle of the region. The fugitive will be in front of the house, hidden in the grass.

Fugitives In Kyoto Region
The final 20 Fugitives can be found in the Kyoto Region. These Fugitives may be an even higher level, making them more difficult than the previous ones. Therefore, you should approach them with caution and useyour best skillsto stand a better chance at defeating them.
