Donquixote Doflamingo (One Piece)

However, there are some villains who have not only caused devastation in the lives of their enemies but also to the world around them. If these villains are around, anyone who is unfortunate enough to be in their way is fair game. They have no qualms about killing innocent people and will do whatever it takes to get what they want.

10Donquixote Doflamingo (One Piece)

Doflamingo is one of themost notorious villains onOne Pieceand for good reason. Granted, his life wasn’t easy, but this doesn’t excuse all the destruction he’s caused. He came to Dressrosa and overthrew the Riku family, which led to the death of some members. He created two very strict laws that everyone on the island had to follow. Doflamingo killed his brother and father, and he didn’t shed a tear for them.

This villain is utterly cruel and sadistic, even if he’s not the most powerful character in the series. Doflamingo was perfectly fine abusing slaves and believed the weak only exist to be amusement for the strong and don’t deserve to have rights. The damage he’s done has left a mark in theOne Pieceworld and fans will always remember him.

Light Yagami (Death Note)

9Light Yagami (Death Note)

Though he’s the protagonist of the show, Light Yagami has proven he’s anything but good. He started off having the right intentions, but as the show went on,he lost sight of his goal.Light became the very thing he hated and started using the Death Note to kill off anyone who was a threat or could be a potential threat later. He played it smart by not killing people like L and Near from the get-go, even going as far as to work with them to maintain his innocent appearance.

Thanks to his ability, Light created a world where people either worshipped Kira, his “God” persona, or feared him. Though he didn’t cause mass destruction, Light killed many people, both criminal and innocent, all because he let the power go to his head.

Gyutaro And Daki (Demon Slayer)

8Gyutaro And Daki (Demon Slayer)

Muzan Kibutsuji might be the head honcho of the demons, but so farGyutaro and Daki have causedthe most damage. The hurt they’ve spread was not only to Tanjiro and the others but also to the surrounding area. Daki destroyed a lot of buildings surrounding her and Tanjiro during their fight, causing plenty of people to die or got seriously injured. She also destroyed even more buildings around them after Gyutaro incapacitated Tengen for a short time.

Gyutaro activated his Blood Demon Art as a last-ditch attempt to kill everyone when he was beheaded. This caused even more devastation to the surrounding area. It’s going to take a long time for that district to be repaired and tough to explain how it happened.

The League Of Villains (My Hero Academia)

7The League Of Villains (My Hero Academia)

Since the beginning ofMy Hero Academia, the League of Villains have shown that they’renot a group to take lightly. It seemed like they were a typical group that were just out to cause trouble for heroes with no real goal in mind. However, they grew into one of the most terrifying villains and they have caused a lot of damage to U.A. and the public.

The Nomu that the heroes have fought have proven to be incredibly tough. Now that the League of Villains have joined forces with the Meta Liberation Army, this doesn’t bode well for the public or the heroes.

6Father (Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood)

Aside from creating the Homunculi, who caused a lot of devastation under his orders, Father did a lot on his own. He was the one whowas responsible for wiping outthe entire nation of Xerxes by using the souls of it to give him and Hohenheim immortal bodies. After Hohenheim left him, Father made his way to Amestris and placed himself under Central Command. He created the Homunculi and sent Sloth to create a giant transmutation circle under Amestris.

Father was able to activate this circle and absorb all the souls in Amestris, giving him a youthful appearance and even more power. Luckily, Hohenheim had a plan to counterattack, but it was still pretty terrifying to know that Father managed to do all of this.

5Ryo Asuka (Devilman Crybaby)

He literally caused the end of the world. Ryoseemed like a good friendto Akira, but it’s thanks to him that all the events in the show happened. From demons running freely in the city and killing others to humans being transformed, Ryo is at the center of it all. Miki’s younger brother, Taro, was turned into a demon and ended up killing their mother and the family dog. Miki, along with some of her and Akira’s friends, was brutally killed by humans who feared demons.

Ryo revealed himself to be Satan and told Akira he wanted demons to dominate the world to spite God. He had Akira turn into a demon so he could be safe, but didn’t care about the pain he caused his friend. After their fight, Akira died from his wounds and while Ryo mourned him, God destroyed Earth.

4Obito Uchiha (Naruto)

Though Madara Uchiha caused a lot of devastation near the end of the series, it can be argued that Obito caused just as much, if not more. At first,Obito was in his Tobi personaand worked for the Akatsuki. The Akatsuki caused a lot of damage in their quest to get the Jinchuriki, resulting in the deaths of almost all of them. However, Obito worked behind the scenes and was secretly manipulating everything so the Akatsuki could move towards his goals.

Obito helped start the Fourth Shinobi World War, a conflict that saw the death of many people, including Neji Hyuga. Obito’s devastation to the world around him was subtle at first. However, near the end of the series, everything came to fruition and the overall damage he’s done was immense.

3Zeke Yeager (Attack On Titan)

When he first appeared in the series in his Beast Titan form, fans knew Zeke Yeager was someone to watch out for. Whether he’s in his Titan or human form, Zeke is a threat that others needed to keep a close eye on. After he received his Beast Titan powers, Zeke and other Warriors (who received Titan powers as well)destroyed an entire nation. Plus, he has the power to control Pure Titans, which made him all the more terrifying, especially after he used this ability to have them devour Miche Zacharius (or Mike Zacharias).

Aside from Eren, Zeke is one of the biggest threats to the world and humanity. It doesn’t matter if it’s Marley or Eldia, anyone who is unfortunate enough to be in his way is fair game.

Obito Uchiha (Naruto)

2Dio Brando (Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure)

When it comes to villains who are just pure evil, Dio Brando is probably one of the first to come to mind. Ever since he entered the lives of the Joestar family, Dio has caused nothing but destruction. Before his vampire transformation, Dio purposely made Jonathan’s life miserable and did everything he could to break him. After his transformation, Dio killed George Joestar, his adopted father and Jonathan’s biological father.

Dio turned a lot of people into vampires and was set on world domination. There’s a reason why he’s one of the most notorious and memorablevillains from the series, and it’s because he’s caused a lot of trouble for the characters and the world around him.

1Frieza (Dragon Ball Z)

If there is one anime character who is a pro at causing a lot of devastation, it isDragon Ball Z’s Frieza. Heled his army throughout the universeand conquered many planets to sell them, and even destroyed some. He even had the prideful Saiyans under his thumb, but he secretly feared that one day they would unite against him. After King Vegeta gave his son to Frieza, he put together a group to get him back. Sadly, they failed, and Frieza opted to wipe out the entire Saiyan race, minus Vegeta, Raditz, and Nappa.

He continued his reign of terror and targeted the Planet Namek to get their Dragon Balls. Frieza and his men killed a number of Namekians, including Dende’s brother Cargo. Since his defeat on Namek, Frieza has kept appearing in the series and even fought in the Tournament of Power inDragon Ball Super.
