WhileParalivesis still seemingly far from being finished, Masse has revealed some major developments regarding the game.
In a recentPatreon post, Masse announced thatParaliveswill enter Steam Early Access in 2025. While the developer said that this version of the game is expected to have bugs and missing features, he also claimed that the build would still provide an enjoyable experience.Paralivesaims to offer a fresh take on games likeThe Sims, and the developer will gather important feedback from early access players. “The goal is to get player feedback so that we can improve the experience along with the community,” Masse said.

When Will Paralives Launch on Steam Early Access?
Aside from announcingParalives' early access release, Masse shared new game elements that were previously only revealed to backers, such as Personalities, Relationship Labels, and Together Cards. These mechanics were featured in a new gameplay overview video that dropped alongside the recent Patreon announcements. Backers reacted positively to the video, with some saying they were excited to try out the game.Project Rene, the next installment ofThe Simsthat is sometimes referred to asThe Sims 5, still has no release date, soParalivescould be a great alternative forThe Simsfanswho are waiting for a new entry from the series.
While the exact date ofParalives' early access launch was not specified, Masse assured fans that this would be confirmed and announced as the build nears release.
