The top tier is marked as the most effective and contains a single race, the High Elf, mainly because of the Magicka buff and height advantage. The A tier is the second and includes threeraces often considered the best inSkyrim: Orc, Breton, and Nord. They picked Orcs for their impressive height and melee combat skills, Bretons for their magic resistance, and Nords for frost resistance.
