Players can meet all kinds of merchants inThe Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim. The game features blacksmiths, tavern keepers, apothecaries, spell sellers, and more. However, the Khajiit traders are something special, both for where players can find them and what they carry.
The Khajiit merchants count as pawnbrokers, which means they accept every kind of merchandise and can sell anything in turn. In fact, the three Khajiit traders have some of the best items for sale inSkyrim. This includes magic weapons and armor that keep up with player levels, soul gems, ingots of every material (including ebony), and a long list of useful potions and poisons. The only trouble is how hard they can be to track down.

Ri’saad
The first Khajiit trader players are likely to encounter is Ri’saad, who sets up shop outside Whiterun and Markarth. He and his fellow Khajiit set up their tents to the left of the outer gate of Whiterun, and so the best way to reach him is to fast travel to the Whiterun Stables.
Ri’saad will sit outside Whiterun for two days, then break camp and travel to Markarth. In fact, players can sometimes encounter Ri’saad’s caravan on the main road between the two towns. The Khajiit will then pitch their tents east of Markarth for two days before setting off on a return journey. However, Ri’saad keeps his distance from Markarth, and players will find his tent east of Salvius Farm and next to the river.

Ri’saad’s companions include Atahbah, a potential fence, Khayla, a common Sneak trainer, and Ma’randru-jo.
Skyrimdoesn’t have an animation for dismantling the tents and yurt Ri’saad uses for shelter, and so players must leave the area if they want him to actually leave and set off for his next destination. Of course, players can exploit this by waiting next to tents for two daysso Ri’saad’s inventory will reset without having to track him down again. This trick also works on Ahkari, but it doesn’t work on Ma’dran since he doesn’t set up a camp.
Ahkari
While Ri’saad travels west and east, Ahkari travels north and south. Her main stops are Dawnstar in the north and Riften in the south.
Ahkari is easy to find in Dawnstar. Her tent is just to the left of where players appear when fast-traveling to the town. Her campsite near Riften is a little harder to find, but players can reach her quickly by traveling to the Riften Stables and turning directly away from Riften. Her yurt is in the tree stand right next to the stables.
Ahkari’s companions include Zaynabi, a potential fence, Dro’marash,a common Speech trainer, and Kharjo, a potential follower and Blade member who’s looking for his Moon Amulet.

Ma’dran
Ma’dran has the boldest route of all the Khajiit caravans. He travels directly between the capitals of the Imperial and Stormcloak sides of the Civil War: Solitude and Windhelm. Unlike the other Khajiit traders, he also doesn’t set up any tents or shelters, and so he and his companions stand around next to each location. Still, he spends two days near each city before running to the next one.
To find Ma’dran near Windhelm, travel to the city’s stables and walk along the cliff east of the bridge. In Solitude, players should fast-travel to the city and exit through the gate. Ma’dran stands on a flat area just to the left of the outer gate.
Ma’dran only has two companions: Ra’zhinda and Ma’jhad. Ma’jhad is an expert in Lockpicking and a possible fence.
Players should keep in mind that the Khajiit spend their time in dangerous areas outside of cities and on the roads ofSkyrim. While most of them have the “protected” status that makes them hard to kill accidentally, they can still end up dying because ofroad dangers and dragon attacks. The Khajiit traders sell nothing essential, but players should avoid drawing them into danger if they want to take advantage of their excellent item lists.
