Some simmers even manage to build beautiful starter homes on a tiny budget and upload them to the gallery. Sadly, not everyone can create a complete, functional house without paying some extra Simoleons. Luckily, the gallery is filled with unique builds that aren’t only practical, but also very cheap.

14Desert Oasis
Brought to the gallery by BBBanks710, this Desert Oasis has a price tag of $9,993. For under $10,000, sims are able to live in a spacious, elevated home with a loft bedroom, pool, and patio.
This build is also base-game, meaning fans do not need additionalpacks or expansionsto have access to everything used to complete the home. This home has style, a little modern, with colors and landscaping that match the desert. This may be considered a starter home, but no one would guess it.

13First Home
With a price of $9,989, slightly less than the Desert Oasis home, players can download First Home by AA_Cristina on the gallery. This home feels complete with the stone edging and front patio with outside furniture.

The floorplan wraps around with the kitchen on one side and the living room on the other, giving sims the sense of individual rooms while maintaining an open floorplan. The home includes two bedrooms and one bathroom, which means this can be a perfect starter home for asmall family.

The みぞえ765 Starteris a unique Sims 4 buildthat costs $9,942 and is uploaded by Kazz8630 on the gallery. It’s a two-story starter home that is surrounded by beautiful scenery. Simmers can also find a beautiful fishing lake just outside the entrance that’s totally functional.
The first level has the kitchen, dining room, and living room altogether in an open floorplan. Additionally, the skylight above allows the sun to cast beautiful rays in the morning hours. The second floor has two single beds, so players can easily fit more than one sim in this beautiful build.

11Fernwood
Fernwood is a cozy-looking cottage-style home uploaded by wrathofcath. Sims can own this home for a total of $9,909. The mix of stone and brown walls with dark brown accents gives this home a lot of character.
It certainly does not look like it should cost less than $10,000. Inside, it has a cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bath floorplan, and also includes a dining room. It may be small, but Fernwood is charming and well worth the price tag.

109K Two Bedrooms Starter
GymeaLillie uploaded this extremely modern build with a price of $9,487. It is tiny but manages to include two bedrooms. That’s right, two! With simple, but complete landscaping, the home also gives sims a backyard patio with a picnic table.
The two-tone walls and tall windows open up the space and make the home feel a little larger than it really is. If players are looking for a modern starter, this is a great choice.

9First House Family
This family home has a price of $8,986 and was uploaded to the gallery by Wiracotscha. The large front yard is fully enclosed with hedges and white fencing with a decorative archway.
The yard features a water fountain the length of the yard, patio furniture, and box planters. Inside the home, the floorplan includes two spacious bedrooms, a dining area, and a decent-sized kitchen.

8Starter Home
Starter Home by Anneta Stark is a fairly small house that can be placed on a 20x15 Lot. Simmers can always put it on a bigger Lot and attempt to expand it if they wish for more space.
This cozy starter home is worth $8,961, and it has not one but two bedrooms; one for parents and another for a child. The latter can easily be transformed into a guest room or an office workspace.Unlike other Sims 4 builds, the first room in the house is the kitchen, then the living room.
