AGod of War Ragnarokplayer goes head-to-head with Svipdagr the Cold, one of the game’s difficult Berserker fights, and takes the fight all the way to a suspenseful, last-second conclusion. As manyGod of War Ragnarokplayers know, the difficult fights in the game can take several tries and multiple different loadouts and variations in gear and skills to eventually triumph.
Fans are loving Santa Monica Studio’s sequel to the 2018 reboot of theGod of Warfranchise, adventuring with Kratos and his companions through the nine realms and battling Fimbulwinter and many other foes. Players love the game so much that they create tributes through fan art and other such media, likethe incredibleGod of War-inspired gingerbread recreation of Kratos and Atreus’s log-cabin.

Redditor White Wolf posted a video of them going up against one ofGod of War Ragnarok’s many Berserker Souls, which are some of the game’s most difficult boss fights, each one requiring different strategies in order to win. White Wolf begins the fight most impressively, dodging almost all of Svipdagr’s attacks, many of them in quick succession, and getting the Berserker’s health down so much that there is just one hit left. But then, Svipdagr lands a massive hit, putting Kratos’s health down to barely a sliver, almost ending the fight right then and there, but, luckily, White Wolf manages to pull through at the last moment, dodge rolling backwards and then rushing in for the final blow.
Now, it is true that players that have gotten through the game have started coming up with ways to defeat the Berserkers and other tough fights in mere moments using the perfect loadout of Runic Attacks and equipment. For example, one impressiveplayer defeatedGod of War Ragnarok’s Berserker King boss fight in just 25 seconds. But, that doesn’t mean that the Berserker fights are easy, by any means.
Most clips of boss fights inGod of Wargames result in devastating losses, unfortunately, as the games are usually quite unforgiving. OneGod of War Ragnarokplayer suffered a heartbreaking loss to Gna, the Valkyrie Queen, after bringing her health down to almost zero. This is an all-too-familiar experience for manyGod of War Ragnarokplayers that are jumping into the nine realms for the first time.
Fortunately, though, White Wolf triumphs against the Berserker at the last moment. As more players jump into the game and become more experienced with it, hopefully there will be more videos of such triumphant victories againstGod of War Ragnarok’s tough boss fights.
