Twitchstreamer Jinnytty caught a creepy stalker following her while traveling in Taiwan. The whole ordeal was caught on her recent IRLTwitchstream, and many viewers got to witness it.

Known for her Just Chatting andIRL streams, Jinnytty often documents her trips live on Twitch to let her viewers virtually spend the day with her, and also chat with them while she’s on the go. She is currently vacationing in Taiwan, where she challenged herself to walk the entire country as part of her “Waddlethon.”

On April 24,Jinnyttystreamed her attempt to walk around 20 kilometers, but she got sidetracked after noticing that a hooded stranger was following her. Throughout the stream, Jinnytty and her viewers caught glimpses of the man appearing randomly behind her One Twitch clip even showed him hiding behind a bush, with Jinnytty saying that his face was completely covered and that he never said hi to her. She also told her viewers that she didn’t know the guy at all.

Many of Jinnytty’s viewers were understandably concerned about her safety. The ordeal lasted for about four hours before the streamer was able to ask local police officers for help. They promptly asked the stalker to stop following Jinnytty, and also reportedly detained him. Although there weren’t any updates on the stalker afterward, Jinnytty managed to end her day peacefully as she enjoyed a meal at a restaurant. She also told her viewers that the hooded man made her anxious, and that she was grateful that the police made sure she was safe.

This isn’t the first time Jinnytty streamed a scary incident on Twitch. Previously, she fell into a deep pitduring a nighttime IRL stream in Bali, Indonesia. She’s also encountered several people who made racist comments towards her while she was streaming outside. On the bright side, Jinnytty also has funny encounters with random people during her trips.

Travel and IRL streams like Jinnytty’s Waddlethon can be fun to watch, but they also come with risks. Because they’re livestreaming their routes and activities to many viewers, there’s always a chance that stream snipers might follow them. Unfortunately, stalking incidentscan happen during these streams. But despite her recent experience, Jinnytty said she would still continue her challenge knowing that her viewers and the Taiwanese authorities had her back. Hopefully, she doesn’t bump into other stalkers for the rest of her trip.
