Early alpha game footage of aHorizon Forbidden Westmultiplayer game has leaked online.Horizonis anaction role-playing gamedeveloped by Sony’s Guerrilla Games. The series takes place in a post-apocalyptic version of the United States and stars Aloy, a young hunter of the Nora tribe, who sets off her journey to uncover mysteries about the world she lives in and defend her people from the various threats abroad.
The gameplay inHorizonlargely revolves around Aloy using a variety of ranged and melee weapons to battle against hostile machine creatures that often resemble dinosaurs and other extinct creatures. From the original release ofHorizon Zero Dawnfor PS4, fans have speculated on the possibilities of the game becoming a multiplayer experience in the same realm of other popularco-op games likeMonster Hunter.

Late last year, Guerrilla Games also confirmed aHorizonco-op game was in development. Most recently, there have been alleged leaks dating back to 2020 that feature early alpha game footage of a potentialHorizon Forbidden Westmultiplayer. In the video circulating online, there are a set of diverse stylized characters that explore and battle machine enemies.
