InWarcraft Rumblecurrencies come in a lot of forms. There is the Shop currency Gold, used primarily for the G.R.I.D., as well as Upgrade currencies, like Arc Energy, Stars, and Upgrade Cores. Onyxia Sigils are not like the other currencies, if it can even be called that, as players don’t spend them.
Instead, Onyxia Sigils are more akin to a percentage-complete tracker for the game, as they can only be earned in the campaign level by level. But despite not being a spendable currency, earning Onyxia Sigils faster means earning unique rewards faster, includingcore gameplay features and Collection rewards.
Onyxia Sigils Represent Players' Progress & Unlock Features
The More Sigils Players Have, The Further They Are In The Campaign
The primary purpose of Onyxia Sigils inWarcraft Rumbleis to serve as an indicator of players' progress through the single-player campaign. As players progress through the map and unlock more Onyxia Sigils, they will unlock new features and Collection rewards.
For each level completed, players earn one Onyxia Sigil, for a total of five for each zone. Players can’t get Onyxia Sigils in Quests, PvP, Arclight Surge zones, or Dungeons – they can only be earned by conquering each zone for the first time, and then again on Heroic difficulty.
There are a total of 120 Onyxia Sigils inWarcraft Rumble, 60 for the standard campaign, and60 for the Heroic campaign. As players continue to earn Onyxia Sigils, they will unlock progression rewards like new troops, leaders, and core game features like PvP and Quests.

Earning More Onyxia Sigils Unlocks Free Progression-Related Rewards
All Onyxia Sigil-related rewards can be viewed by tapping on the Sigil icon on the top right of the map screen. Here, players see a progression track of rewards – at most early levels players can expect to get something for every Onyxia Sigil they earn, but later onthe rewards start to slow down.
