When compared to its predecessor,WWE 2K22gets a lot of things right. For example, the game takes content creation to brand-new heights, with players able to add just about anybody they can think of into the game. Unsurprisingly, perhaps, the bulk of these custom Superstars are based on former WWE wrestlers, but there’s also an incredibly impressive selection of superheroes and villains on offer as well.

Much like the latest iteration ofSmash Bros., everyone is here, though finding the best superheroes and villains inWWE 2K22’s Community Creations area can be a little tricky. This is because not all of them use the hashtags one might expect them to, making it difficult to search for them directly. However, this guide will provide Content IDs, hashtags, and creator names for all of the best comic book creations, which should hopefully make life a little easier.

With anewDoctor Strangemoviedue out in just a few short months, it’s unsurprising to see Steven Strange making an appearance inWWE 2K22. He does so courtesy of MARCOANDTARMA, one of the most skilled and prolific creators out there when it comes to designing superheroes and villains. Doctor Strange is arguably one of their very best creations, though there are a few other strong candidates for that title as well.

Those who prefer DC to Marvel may like this excellent recreation of Batman, which was put together by somebody called thecomedian. If not though, there are plenty of other Batman-themed superstars available, between them offering numerousiterations of the caped crusader’s iconic Batsuit from theBatmancomicsandmovies.

Batman and Joker are two sides of the same coin, and so it only seems fitting that the latter also makes an appearance inWWE 2K22. Creator JBraska based theirs onHeath Ledger’s version of the character, but there are plenty of other iterations available as well. Most notably, there’s an incredibly accurate version of Joaquin Phoenix’s Joker available thanks to a creator called SuplexHouseTLC, which fans of the 2019 movie may well prefer.

Whether Harley Quinn even counts as a villain anymore is perhaps debatable, but, thanks in large toMargot Robbie’s excellent portrayal of the characterand the ease with which she can be cosplayed, there can be no denying her popularity. With that in mind, it’s a little surprising that there aren’t a few more Harley Quinns inWWE 2K22, though, thanks to PrincessZelda’s fantastic effort, there’s not much of a need for more.

Nobody really came out of Joel Schumacher’sBatmanmovies looking particularly good, but Robin took a bit more flack than most. So much so that he hasn’t featured much in any ofthe modernBatmanmovies, despite finding some success inTitans. Fans of the boy wonder do still exist, however, as evidenced by HiFlyerRabbitzZz’s fantasticWWE 2K22creation.
Another popular character who’s so far struggled to break into their respective cinematic universe is Deadpool, the merc with the mouth. Unlike Robin though,Deadpool has found plenty of success in his own solo moviesand even has a couple of video games under his belt as well. MARCOANDTARMA created this excellent rendition of the character, which even boasts the character’s iconic katanas while entering the ring.

One character who didn’t have too much trouble breaking into the Marvel Cinematic Universe was Captain America.Other than perhaps Iron Man(who is also available inWWE 2K22), it’s hard to think of a character who’s made quite as big an impression on the MCU. With that in mind, it only seems fitting that he’s been created inWWE 2K22; once again, by MARCOANDTARMA.
